Founded in 1992 American Educational Consulting Associates, Ltd. or AECA, has been providing educational services to schools for over 25 years. AECA instituted AIAA to provide accreditation for schools outside of the United States that offer an international program or an American style curriculum. What are ACT Exams and ACT Aspire?
The ACT (American College Testing) is a standardized test used for college admissions in the United States as well as more than 225 universities outside of the U.S. It was first introduced in November 1959 as a competitor to the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). The ACT test covers four academic skill areas: English, mathematics, reading, and science reasoning. It also offers an optional direct writing test. Nile Sons International School is an ACT Testing Center. ACT Aspire is an external assessment which is designed to measure how well students are understanding topics, concepts and skills required to succeed under the Common Core standards and focus on identifying what students should know at the end of each grade level All international schools outside of the United States are required to have external assessments to fulfill our accreditation requirements.
